Q: How does it work?

HARRIS Hotel sells its accommodation online. Bookings are confirmed online and sent electronically to our hotel within seconds of the credit card approval..

Q: Is my personal information kept private?

Absolutely, we do not divulge any guest information to anyone except the minimum necessary for the Bank to process your booking. For more information, see our terms & conditions.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card online?

To eliminate the chance of unlawful interception on the Internet your credit card details are processed using 128 bit encryption methods.

Q: Is my booking guaranteed?

Bookings are made against room inventory updated online. The booking is confirmed with the hotel system the moment your credit card transaction is approved.

Q: Will the hotel receive my booking immediately?

Yes, HARRIS Hotel forwards your booking details electronically to our system as soon as the credit card transaction is approved by our Bank.

Q: What if I need to cancel my booking?

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may want to cancel your booking.
Our accommodation cancellation policy is stated in our reservation page. Each booking should have 50% non-refundable deposit, any cancellation would be charged from your deposit received by the hotel.

If the worst happens and you do need to cancel your booking, here's what to do:

1.     Check the Cancellation Policy the accommodation has published on the website to see if they will allow you to cancel your booking. You'll also find it printed on your booking confirmation email.

2.     Call our Customer Service Centre (0807.1.808080) to have the booking cancel and have your Booking Confirmation Number ready.

3.     We will send you an email to confirm the cancellation.

Remember that you can call us Monday – Friday 8 AM – 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM – 5 PM for your further assistance.

Q: What if I want to change the dates of my booking?

The same policy for cancellations is used to determine restrictions and penalties around changing the dates of your booking. So again, it's important to check the policy before you book, especially if you think there's a chance you may need to change your booking. You'll find the policy marked by a red asterisk under the bedding options for each room. Remember that the place you've booked can change their rates at any time on our website, so the new dates you want to stay may now be more (or less) expensive than the dates you originally booked.

If you think you need to change the dates you've booked, here's what to do:

1.     Check the Booking Policy the accommodation has published on the website to see if they will allow you to change your booking. You'll also find it printed on your booking confirmation email.

3.     We will send you an email to confirm your booking changed.
